New 3D Printers by Mosaic Manufacturing
Multi-Filament Printing just got Better!
As many of our followers know, we have been working with Mosaic Manufacturing of Canada for a very long time. In fact way back since they released the second generation of their Palette. Since then we have become friends and have assisted Mosaic where we could, both on the admin/logistics as well as the technical side.
It was hence a great pleasure to meet the team in Formnext 2022 where they showcased their new machines!
Each machine builds on the multimaterial handling technology of the Palette to make life for users even easier.
Well here they are:
Element
An 8 material capable 3D Printer capable of printing most commonly used materials.
Build volume of approximately 300x300x300mm.
Full specs table available shortly.
Element HT
A High Temperature 8 material capable 3D Printer capable of printing most commonly used materials.
Build volume of approximately 300x300x300mm.
The hotend is able to reach 500C and the bed 120C. Temperature in the chamber is also controlled.

Mosaic Manufacturing Array
The Array brings all the benefits of the Element and Element HT into one fully automated solution. With up to 4 printers within the Array, tended to by a robot, continuous printing queue headaches are a thing of the past.
The Array can be fitted with either of the Element or Element HT machines as per your needs.
At Formnext, we saw a number of competitor solutions, the Array is the only one currently shipping!
