Bondtech Extruder kit for Raise3D N2 Hybrid

Major newcomer to the market with some fantastic options, Raise3D, could still benefit from a professionally designed extruding mechanism. We thus offer owners of all Raise3D printers the option of the Bondtech Dual-Drive extruder!

This kit contains everything you need to upgrade your Raise3D N2 single or dual printer to the Bondtech Direct with dual Drivegears that eliminates slipping and grinding. The hybrid setup gives you the best of two worlds with a direct-driven left extruder and the bowden feed right extruder.
Use the direct extruder for printing with both hard and flexible materials and the bowden for hard materials or support. This solution also reduces the weight of the printhead allowing much quicker accelerations giving better prints and faster finishes.

As with all Bondtech kits the housing parts are all tough yet low weight SLS nylon.

You will need to reuse your original stepper motor with this kit.
The head carrier exists in two versions, version 1 is cast and version 2 is cnc-milled, please select the version your printer has in order to secure a perfect fit. Please see the image in order to determine which version you have

2x kit of housing parts
4x DirectDrive drivegears in hardened steel
2x Hardened shaft
2x Needle bearings
4x M3x30 socket screws
1x Thumbscrew with spring and lock-washer
Mounting plate for the second extruder
Length of PTFE tubing for the bowden setup
