Custom machined ballscrews

The first step in any CNC conversion of a machine tool should be the replacement of your leadscrews with good quality preloaded ballscrews.

We do not stock screws in the UK just yet but are working with international suppliers to provide the best value.

The process for receiving custom screws starts with you providing a sketch or drawing of the screws you need. Your sketches will be converted to engineering drawings by us, unless you provide a complete drawing. If we draft up, you will be asked to sign the drawing off to ensure we have documented the tolerances you need for your application. Luckily we have significant experience in the design of precision equipment to make this step be as quick as possible.

Once the drawings have been agreed upon, the factory will be contacted to provide a quotation. This can take up to a week, depending on workload. If any questions arise during the quotation step, we will let you know.

Finally a formal quotation will be submitted to you.  Our prices are complete including all costs of delivery, import duties etc.

We will require full payment prior to order being processed.

We guarantee the product against manufacturing defect or dimensional non-conformance. All screws will be accompanied by a certificate of conformance indicating accuracy class and geometrical acceptability. Any deviations or concession requests will be communicated ahead of delivery.
