Delivery Shipping and tracking

With the exception of small electronic goods that may be sent through RoyalMail or items advertised as qualifying for free shipping, carriage will be chargeable based on weight. Each item has been weighed beforehand by us so as to be able to offer you the best rate.

Delivery within the EU and further a field is also possible. The system in place will give you a quotation based on the Royal Mail’s delivery schedule. We will obtain quotations for you if you so wish with other courier services. It is possible that they may be cheaper. Please Contact us.

Packaging can be expensive and discarding after a single use is not environmentally friendly. We therefore ask you not to be offended if you receive recycled/reused packaging. If you would like a giftwrapped package please let us know in the order notes.

VAT is charged on all sales unless you are outside the UK supply a valid EU VAT number or are based outside the EU.
